What do you charge?

We are pleased to offer complimentary local pickup services within a 60-mile radius from Sterling, KS and the Wichita area, along with all processing at no cost to you.

What is the minimum amount required per pickup?

We have no minimum requirements for our services, allowing you to recycle as much or as little as you need.

What e-waste do you accept?

We accept a wide range of e-waste, with the exception of CRT monitors, devices containing liquid mercury, and radioactive items. You can include lithium-ion and polymer batteries, including Ni-MH, Ni-Cd, and lead-acid batteries in your e-waste to be recycled.

What’s the catch?

Our basic service is entirely free, with no hidden catches. There are no contracts required. If you are located outside of a 60-mile radius from Sterling, KS (excluding the Wichita area), a minimal pickup charge may apply to cover mileage. Our business generates revenue through the recycling of e-waste materials, allowing us to offer basic services free of charge.

How safe is our data?

We adhere to NIST 800-88 guidelines for the secure destruction of devices containing sensitive data. All components are destroyed on-site, and certificates of destruction are available upon request.

For an additional nominal fee, we can bring an NSA-listed degausser on-site to securely wipe hard drives and render them completely unusable. Rest assured, if you do not choose to use this service, your devices will still be destroyed to standard.
